Hello! I'm Nicola Fallon
I’m the owner of Virtual Accounts and Taxes Ltd, which I founded in 2021, and The Payroll Team, launched in 2023.
​
After 30 years working in corporate finance roles for organisations including NatWest Bank, BOC, ITV, and Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), I decided to build my own practice, using my experience to support the profession I know best.
​
Today, I work exclusively with bookkeepers and accountants, providing outsourced tax and compliance services that give you the technical support and additional capacity you need to serve your clients with confidence. My focus is on accuracy, reliability, and making your workload lighter, backed by efficient systems and the latest software.

Outside of work, I’m a big music and football fan, passions I share with my husband, our three grown-up children and my parents; it’s definitely in the blood! I’m a born-and-bred Salford girl and a teenager of the “Madchester” era, which is very much where my musical taste still lives.
